Our hot tubs are equipped with the (Sound Pulse advanced entertainment system) featuring speakers and the latest Bluetooth (4.2) audio streaming capabilities and IPX6 rated (waterproof).
Problems & Troubleshooting
If the Bluetooth name Sound Pulse* is not appearing in the Bluetooth connection devices list on the smartphone - Simply turn OFF the spa at its GFCI breaker switch and allow 30 seconds before turning it back to ON.
Note: Do not attempt to pair two smartphones to the spa at the same time. Doing so will cause the Bluetooth connection to unpair both devices, resulting in both smartphones repeatedly attempting to reconnect and may lead the Bluetooth to enter low-power state due to inactivity.
