In order to check the status of your Service Ticket, you need to contact a Customer Care Agent.
Please contact a Customer Care Agent using one of the following options:
- Call us at 1(877)-347-7727. Please have your ticket number ready, so that the Customer Care Agent can quickly look up your ticket and update you of the status.
- Reply to the last email you have received from a Customer Care Agent. The Agent will be notified and will update you of the status of your ticket as soon as they are able.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A Customer Care Agent will respond to you as soon as possible with the status of your ticket.
