In order to check the status of your Service Ticket, you need to contact a Customer Care Agent.


Please contact a Customer Care Agent using one of the following options:


  1. Call us at 1(877)-347-7727. Please have your ticket number ready, so that the Customer Care Agent can quickly look up your ticket and update you of the status.
  2. Reply to the last email you have received from a Customer Care Agent. The Agent will be notified and will update you of the status of your ticket as soon as they are able.
  3. Email us at service@canadianspacompany.com. A Customer Care Agent will respond to you as soon as possible with the status of your ticket.
