  1. Please give us a call at 1-(877)-347-7727 to be connected to one of our Customer Care Agents. They will troubleshoot any issues you may be having with your spa and arrange an appointment with a Service Technician if need be.
  2. Email us at [email protected] and a Customer Care Agent will respond shortly.
  3. Create a Support Ticket on our website by clicking HERE. Please include your Full Name, Email, and Description of the issue you are having with your spa. A Customer Care Agent will respond to your ticket as soon as possible.


Note: If you are outside your warranty, a Customer Care Agent will be happy to troubleshoot any issues you may be having with your spa and refer you to a Service Technician in your area. However, service call booking is the responsibility of the spa owner.
