Our Canadian Spa Company 15 sq ft Portable Spa Filters are specific to our company and slip directly into the filter housing.
As such, these are the only filters that will fit in our Canadian Spa Company Portable Control Units (for Grand Rapids, Rio Grande, Swift Current and newer Muskoka models).
NOTE: Pre-2012 Haliburton/Muskoka models will require a different type of filter (blue sponge type or deluxe filter). If you require this filter, please call us directly or contact Customer Service.
If you purchase generic filters from another brand, they will likely be the wrong size. A filter that is too large can prevent the lid from closing or cause a blockage in the filtration system resulting in low flow and/or an error code.
A filter that is too small would allow water to run over the filter. In this case, dirt and debris would be able to pass down through the filter housing to the impeller which can cause damage to the Portable Control Unit.
