Troubleshooting the Status Pro Feature on Your Spa:
The "Status Pro" system indicates the status of your spa using three different colors. This is typically seen when the spa is powered up for the first time or after a power outage or surge. If you encounter issues like a "No Comm" error, follow these steps:
Remove the Front Cabinet:
Begin by removing the front cabinet panel to access the internal components of the spa.Locate the Status Pro Box:
Look for the Status Pro Box. You can trace the light on the front panel to guide you to the box if it's not immediately visible.
Disconnect the Status Pro:
Once you've found the Status Pro Box, disconnect it from the power pack to reset the system.Restart the Spa:
After disconnecting the Status Pro, restart the spa. This step allows the system to reboot and reset the communication.Check the Topsides Panel:
When the spa restarts, ensure that the "No Comm" error is no longer visible on the topside control panel.Reconnect the Status Pro:
Once the spa has started and the "No Comm" error is cleared, reconnect the Status Pro Box. It should now function normally. If the Issue Persists:
If you continue to receive the "No Comm" error after following these steps, the problem may lie with the connection cord or the Status Pro unit itself. In this case, it may be necessary to replace the faulty component.
