This is an instructional guide detailing the Serial Number location for an Acrylic Hot Tub
All of our Acrylic Hot Tubs have a unique Serial Number which is used for Warranty Registration, Product Tracking, Manufacturing Tracking and Service Information. The Serial Number can be found on the shipping packaging information sticker and also on the steel Manufacturing Plate affixed to the Skirting Panel on the Hot Tub.
The Serial Number is engraved into the Steel Manufacturing Plate located on the Skirting Panel. Combine the Manufacturing Date with the Serial number to create the actual Serial Number required for identification.
You can also find the Serial Number on the Product Sticker located on the side of the Hot Tub Packaging when it shipped.
