This is an instructional guide detailing the steps to acquire clear pictures of the wiring in your Control Pack for the purpose of visual troubleshooting.

In some cases, wiring/configuration errors or damage to the circuit board are the cause of tub performance issues.

While we will do our best to troubleshoot the issue with you over the phone, sometimes we need additional information to provide accurate solutions. It may be necessary to submit photos of the circuit board in your tub's Control Pack.

PLEASE TURN OFF THE POWER TO THE SPA BEFORE OPENING THE CONTROL PACK

1. Locate the Control Pack. This will be found behind one of the cabinet panels directly below your Topside Control Panel (exact location will vary depending on spa model).

2. Loosen the screws along the top edge of the Control Pack's plastic enclosure. This will allow you to remove the front cover and reveal the circuit board.

3. Take THREE (3) photos of the circuit board from different angles. There is very limited visibility in the circuit board with all of the wires and cables connected. Taking pictures from multiple angles will help us to see behind certain obstructions which would appear in one specific angle.

As such, we would request photos from these 3 angles:

  1. Head on
  2. Angled from the left
  3. Angled from the right

Please be sure to show the ENTIRE pack including its wiring and connections (picture should encompass all of the components as shown by the red box in the example below).

Please collect these images to be sent in reply to one of our Customer Care agents' e-mails, or to service@canadianspacompany.com in the event of an issue outside of the 2 year warranty.

Be sure to include your name and contact information in the body of your e-mail.
